Trampoline Safety & Warranty

Safety Instructions For super safe jumping here are a few reminders (although we are sure you already know them!)
  • Do jump in socks or bare feet - shoes can damage the mat.
  • Do make sure you securely fasten both net ties on the net opening before your child starts to jump. Check that the net straps are secure and that the safety net is tensioned correctly.
  • In line with the manufacturer's guidelines we recommend you have only one child (or adult!) jump at a time as the trampoline is designed to give the highest and most stable bounce in the 'sweet spot' at the very centre of the mat.
  • If two children jump, make sure they are matched in weight and jump-ability. This will help keep the mat dynamically stable.
  • We don't recommend more than two children jump at any one time. The mat will respond to different weights and points of contact and will tend to pitch the children towards the centre of the mat. Bumped heads are more than likely!
  • If you do have additional children wanting to use the trampoline at the same time check out our Kids Games for some ideas on non-jumping, safe fun!

Periodically spray the springs and hooks with a good quality lubricant such as WD40. Sweep any accumulated leaves off the mat. Gently scrub the safety padding with a mild detergent solution to remove any stains or build up of mould. Check that the net is tensioned correctly and that the net fastening ties are intact.
